Walk with a doc.

Walk With a Doc is on hold, but your commitment to better health doesn’t have to be. Although we can’t host our monthly Walk With a Doc program right now in alignment with social distancing guidelines, we encourage community residents to keep taking steps toward better health by walking regularly. Just 20 minutes of walking has been shown to improve overall health. Keep walking, and we’ll all walk together again soon!
