PFIZER COVID-19 Vaccine Missed Second Dose Request

Community Vaccine

Tidelands Health has administered tens of thousands of doses of COVID-19 vaccine, and every person who has received a first dose has been successfully scheduled for a second dose. We’re proud to say we have not canceled a single vaccine appointment.

In other parts of the region and state, however, that’s not always been the case. If you received a first dose of the Pfizer vaccine but are overdue for your second dose, Tidelands Health and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control have partnered to offer a solution.

Simply complete the form below to request a second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. To qualify, you must have received your first dose of the Pfizer vaccine more than 23 days ago and must have been unable to secure a second dose. Individuals who received the Moderna vaccine are not eligible to participate, as the two vaccines are not interchangeable.

IMPORTANT: If you received a first dose of vaccine at Tidelands Health, you DO NOT need to sign up below. We are giving all second doses as scheduled. This opportunity is to help individuals who received their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine at another provider and who are overdue for a second dose.

We will contact eligible individuals in the coming days to schedule your second-dose appointment.
