Physician joins growing urology practice at Tidelands Health 

A fellowship-trained physician has joined the growing urology practice at Tidelands Health. 

Dr. Lauren Cooley provides specialty care for a variety of conditions affecting the urinary system, including urologic cancers, enlarged prostate, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, urinary tract infections and more. She also performs minimally invasive robotic surgeries. 

She sees patients at Tidelands Health Urology practices inside Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital and Waccamaw Medical Park West in Murrells Inlet. 

Tidelands Health opened its first dedicated urology medical office in Murrells Inlet last year and recently expanded to a second location in Georgetown to help meet community need. 

Dr. Cooley earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and completed her residency and fellowship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
