Board-certified neurologist joins Tidelands Health  

A board-certified neurologist has joined Tidelands Health and is accepting new patients. 

Dr. McKenzye “Mac” DeHart-McCoyle provides diagnosis, care and treatment for a variety of neurological conditions, including headaches, seizures, vertigo, stroke disorders, peripheral neuropathy, motor neuron diseases including ALS, neck and lower back pain, including sciatica. 

He sees patients at Tidelands Health Neurosciences, located at Waccamaw Medical Park West, 4040 Highway 17, Suite 301, in Murrells Inlet. 

Dr. DeHart-McCoyle earned his medical degree from Edward Via Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg and completed his residency at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He completed a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology and EMG at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. 

He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
