Tidelands Health hires providers to expand primary care network, meet growing demand

Tidelands Health continues to expand its primary care network with the addition of more than a half dozen physicians and providers to help the health system stay ahead of the region’s booming growth and increasing demand for health care services.

The new providers have joined Tidelands Health Family Medicine locations stretching from Andrews to Myrtle Beach. All are accepting new patients, and appointments can be scheduled by calling 1-866-TIDELANDS.

Three of the newly hired physicians are recent graduates of the Tidelands Health MUSC Family Medicine Residency Program, which launched in partnership with the Medical University of South Carolina in 2017 to recruit and train primary care physicians with the ultimate goal of retaining physicians to serve the growing Grand Strand community.
