Want to live a healthier life in 2020? Learn about healthy habits for the new year during the next Walk With a Doc in Myrtle Beach.

Walk With a DocMany people start the new year with resolutions to exercise more or eat healthier, but they often get off course in the first few weeks of the new year. The key is to develop habits that contribute to your overall well-being.

Shelly Rottner, a nurse practitioner at Tidelands Health Family Medicine at Prince Creek, will share healthy tips and strategies for you to take into the new year at Walk With a Doc on Saturday, Jan. 11, at 9 a.m. at Grand Park at The Market Common.

Rottner will discuss healthy habits then lead the group on a one-mile walk around the lake at Grand Park.

The free event is open to all ages, and strollers are welcome. Meet at the picnic pavilion next to Forbus Court near the baseball fields.
