Self-defense class coming to Tidelands HealthPoint in March

Learn self-defense at a four-week class coming in March to Tidelands HealthPoint Center for Health and Fitness.Defender holds off attacker

Led by Adam Cathrall, who has a decade of experience in the private security industry, the class will teach participants how to physically defend themselves and how to anticipate – and avoid - potential threats.

The class is open to individuals ages 13 and older. Sessions will be held at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays the first three weeks of March and on Monday and Tuesday the final week of the month.

The cost to participate is $10 for Tidelands HealthPoint members and $20 for non-members. To learn more and to register, call Tidelands HealthPoint at 843-237-2205.
