Class to offer powerful tools to reduce stress, improve state of mind

An upcoming class will offer community members the opportunity to learn techniques that can help them reduce stress, boost their energy levels and improve their mood.Women meditate

David Hiller, a nationally recognized motivational speaker, counselor and workshop facilitator, will explore ways participants can enhance their state of mind through a three-part class to be held from 1-2 p.m. on April 9, 16 and 23 at Tidelands HealthPoint Center for Health and Fitness, 12965 Ocean Highway in Pawleys Island.

Class attendees will be taught powerful meditation techniques that can help them relax, relieve stress and overcome worry. Individuals will learn how to boost their energy levels and motivation to live a healthier and happier life.

Members and non-members of Tidelands HealthPoint are invited to participate. The class is $25 for members and $35 for non-members.
