Class to offer powerful tools to reduce stress, improve state of mind
Start the new year feeling refreshed by learning techniques that can help you reduce stress, boost your energy levels and improve your mood.
David Hiller, a nationally recognized motivational speaker, counselor and
workshop facilitator, will explore ways to improve your state of mind through a four-part class to be held at 1 p.m. on Jan. 8, 15, 22 and 29 at Tidelands HealthPoint Center for Health and Fitness, 12965 Ocean Highway in Pawleys Island.
You will be taught powerful meditation techniques that can help you relax, relieve stress and overcome worry. You’ll also learn how to boost your energy levels to motivate you toward a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Members and non-members of Tidelands HealthPoint are eligible to participate. The class is $25 for members and $35 for non-members.
