Learn how you can manage your weight at a series of upcoming classes taught by Tidelands Health dietitians.
The Core4 program is a series of eight weekly classes developed to help adults make permanent positive lifestyle changes. Attendees will learn about healthy eating and exercise by exploring topics such as meal planning, stress and sleep, nutritional needs and portion control.
Concurrent programs will be held every Wednesday from Oct. 18 to Dec. 13 at Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital and Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
The course at Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital will be held at 5 p.m. in the classroom on the east wing of the hospital’s second floor. The course at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital will take place at noon in the training room on the second floor of the hospital.
