Tidelands HealthPoint opens registration for youth strength and conditioning camp

Tidelands HealthPoint Center for Health and Fitness in Pawleys Island has opened registration for its popular youth strength and conditioning camp.

The eight-week camp, to be held July 12-Aug. 3, is designed for middle- and high-school students. It offers age-appropriate speed, agility and strength training to improve athletic performance and conditioning. Instructors help campers develop a healthy mindset toward discipline and competition and teach campers exercise habits that will benefit them throughout life.Teens lifting weights together
