Learn to shop healthy at free Tidelands Health supermarket tour

Serving nutritious meals on a limited budget can be a challenge. Learn strategies to shop healthy without breaking the bank at a free Tidelands Health supermarket tour on March 8.

You'll learn how to read food labels, pick healthy snacks, find the best food values and how marketing influences our purchasing choices. Led by registered dietitians with Tidelands Health, the tour will last one hour and includes time for questions.

The March 8 tour will take place at 5:15 p.m. at the Kroger supermarket, 2939 S. Highway 17 in Murrells Inlet.
