Tidelands Health Foundation charity golf tournament set for March 21
February 15, 2016
Tee it up at the Tidelands Health Foundation’s third annual charity golf tournament March 21 and help support programs that benefit the community’s medically underserved and uninsured residents.
The event begins at 9 a.m. at The Reserve Golf Club in Pawleys Island. Sign up for a sponsorship opportunity or join a team by visiting tidelandshealth.org. Sponsorship opportunities range from $5,000 to $150.
Contests will be held for putting, closest to the pin, longest drive, longest putt and a hole-in-one. All proceeds will benefit the foundation’s initiatives, including the under-construction Tidelands Health Community Resource Center in Georgetown. The community resource center will bring together a wide range of community services under one roof and will serve as the home for Tidelands Community Care Network, a public-private partnership of agencies and organizations dedicated to helping the uninsured and underserved access services, when it opens in the spring.
