Tidelands Health names new cardiopulmonary services director

Mike Harrison has joined Tidelands Health as director of cardiopulmonary services.

Harrison will oversee a team of 40 and have responsibility for respiratory therapy services, cardiac stress testing, neurology, pulmonary function testing and the non-invasive vascular lab at Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital and Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.  

A native of Philadelphia, Harrison is a graduate of James Martin College in Philadelphia with a degree in health administration.  Most recently, he was director of cardiopulmonary services at St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla.
