How about a pint! Help meet the growing demand for blood and donate from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial’s blood drive.

Every donor will receive a box of Girl Scout cookies. The drive will take place inside the hospital in the private dining room on the first floor. Appointments will take priority, but walk-ins are welcome. Appointments can be made by calling 843.527.7173 or going to redcrossblood.org.

In addition to having a valid ID, blood donors must be healthy, be at least 17
