Trying to lighten up for spring and summer? Get inspired to Create Your Weight, a weight management program that will be led by Georgetown Hospital System dietitians.

Eight, 30-minute sessions will be offered from March 12 - April 30 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital and Waccamaw Community Hospital. Classes will meet at 5 p.m. in Waccamaw Community Hospital’s first-floor classroom and at noon in Georgetown’s second-floor training room.

The Create Your Weight program teaches adults how to make lifestyle changes to achieve a healthy weight, including goal setting and developing a physical activity plan.

The cost is $75 and is payable at the first class. Create Your Weight was developed registered dietitians certified in adult weight management by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
