HealthPoint offering free training seminar for Waccamaw HS mud run

HealthPoint Center for Health & Fitness will offer a free mud run training seminar Monday, May 12, from 6-7 p.m. to assist local residents who plan to participate in Waccamaw High School’s “Warrior Mud Run.”

Led by Bill Daley, senior physical therapist at NextStep Rehab Services, and David Nelson, exercise physiologist at HealthPoint, the session will include fitness training drills, as well as tips on injury prevention and race-day preparation. It is open to all age groups.
