GHS offering free smoking cessation classes in September

Georgetown Hospital System is offering a free smoking cessation program in September at Wachesaw Conference Center in Murrells Inlet.

The American Cancer Society’s “Freshstart” program gets underway 6-7 p.m. Sept. 8 and continues Sept. 10, 15, 17, 22 and 24. The program’s methods and activities contain the most effective elements for success in fighting addiction to nicotine
