Dr. Mary Baker, internal medicine and pediatrics physician, joins local medical community

An internal medicine and pediatrics physician has joined the medical staffs of Georgetown Memorial Hospital and Waccamaw Community Hospital.

 Dr. Mary Baker, who practices at Pawleys Pediatrics and Adult Medicine, provides care for adults and children. Special areas of interest include well women and well child checks and chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma.

Dr. Baker earned her medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine and completed her residency at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Physicians.
