Georgetown, S.C. – Whether you’ve resolved to eat healthier or shed a few pounds before swimsuit season, reading nutrition labels can help you shop healthier and make wiser food choices.
But sometimes packaging information can be a little confusing.To help consumers decipher the numbers and understand what they mean, Georgetown Hospital System dietitians are leading a free Supermarket Tour at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, at the Pawleys Island Food Lion on Highway 17 at the South Causeway.
