Dr. William Greer to discuss youth sports injuries caused by throwing

Georgetown, S.C. — Dr. William Greer will discuss throwing injuries in youth sports at a seminar at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, at HealthPoint Center for Health and Fitness.

 A sports medicine physician with Waccamaw Orthopaedics, Greer will discuss current recommendations for treatment of injuries and prevention of future injuries. He also conducts a Sports Medicine Injury Clinic every Saturday from 9 – 11 a.m. in his office.

His talk is being hosted by Georgetown Hospital System.
