Skin cancer, sun protection topic of free lecture

Georgetown, S.C.  — Dr. Chrisadel Heath, a family medicine physician with Waccamaw Community Care, will deliver

a free community lecture on skin cancer awareness and sun protection at noon June 5 at Wachesaw Conference Center in Murrells Inlet.

Her lecture is part of a series of lectures on family health being hosted by Dr. Steven A. Meixel, a family medicine specialist at Waccamaw Community Care. Meixel, who has more than 30 years of experience teaching medical students, residents and patients in academic medical settings, will present information on medical care and keeping your entire family well.
