HealthPoint’s St. Patrick’s 4-Miler Run & Walk Set for March 17

Pawleys Island, SC – HealthPoint Center for Health and Fitness, a member of the Georgetown Hospital Family, announces the 13th Annual St. Patrick’s 4-Miler Run & walk event will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the Pawleys Island facility.  

The course for the St. Patrick’s 4-Miler Run & Walk runs through the Litchfield Country Club. Events include a 4-mile race (begins at 8:15 a.m.), 4-mile walk (begins at 8:16 a.m.) and a family-favorite 1-mile “Chase the Leprechaun” Fitness Run & Walk (begins at 9:00 a.m.). Awards ceremony and refreshments will follow the finish of the 4-miler event. Awards will be given to the Top Overall Male and Female, Top Masters Overall Male and Female and Top 3 Male and Female Finishers in various age categories.

Run and Walk fees are $25 each per runner/walker for those who pre-register by March 1, 2012; $30 each per runner/walker March 2-12. Participation in the 1-Mile Fitness Run & Walk is free.
