Georgetown Hospital System Offers Supermarket Tour at Local Food Lion

Pawleys Island, SC –Georgetown Hospital System’s Registered Dietitians, the experts in nutritional care, will be hosting a Supermarket Tour for the community on Monday, January 30 at 5:00 p.m. at the Food Lion in Pawleys Island.

Supermarket Tours, led by a GHS Registered Dietitian, offer an educational approach to food shopping. Learning to make healthy food choices, interpreting food labels and ingredients, and understanding marketing influences are included in the interactive tour. GHS Supermarket Tours are usually held monthly at various grocery stores throughout Georgetown County communities.
