April Supermarket Tours Set for Garden City and Georgetown

Murrells Inlet, SC –Georgetown Hospital System’s Registered Dietitians, the experts in nutritional care, are offering two popular Supermarket Tours during the month of April: Garden City Kroger on Tuesday, April 3 at 5:30 pm and Georgetown Wal-Mart on Tuesday, April 24 at Noon.  

Supermarket Tours, led by a GHS Registered Dietitian, offer an educational approach to food shopping.  Participants have the opportunity to learn how to make healthier food choices, read confusing food labels and ingredients, plus see how marketing can influence purchases. Supermarket Tours are normally held monthly at various grocery stores throughout Georgetown County communities.
