Georgetown Hospital System to Host “Create Your Weight” Program

Georgetown, SC – Georgetown Hospital System will offer a New Year’s “Create Your Weight”, an adult weight management and wellness program developed by Registered Dietitians, beginning January 11th. The program will be every Tuesday through March 15th. 

“Create Your Weight” provides participants with the knowledge and tools to successfully manage their weight and promote a healthy lifestyle. A hands-on grocery store tour and a Wellness and You luncheon at both hospital cafeterias are just a glimpse of what this program has to offer. 

Two programs will be offered from 5:00-6:00 p.m. at the following locations:

- Georgetown Staff Development Building (Located behind Georgetown Memorial Hospital)

- Wachesaw Conference Center (Located across from Waccamaw Community Hospital on Riverwood Drive)

Enrollment is $50 and is open to adults over the age of 18. Class space is limited.
