Georgetown Hospital System Hosts Create Your Weight Program

Georgetown, SCGeorgetown Hospital System will offer “Create Your Weight”, an adult weight management program developed by Registered Dietitians, the experts in nutritional care and weight management.  This program will be offered beginning January 7th  and will take place every Thursday through February 25th.

"Create Your Weight" will provide participants with the knowledge and tools to successfully manage their weight and promote a healthy lifestyle for a lifetime. A hands-on grocery store and an introduction to a unique food product each week are just a glimpse of what this program has to offer. 

The program will be offered at two different GHS locations:

Waccamaw Community Hospital: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Georgetown Memorial Hospital: 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Enrollment is $50 and is open to adults over the age of 18; however, the GHS Dietitians will also offer a New Year’s 2-for-1 Special: bring a friend and pay a $50 enrollment fee for both enrollees!  For more information or to register, call GHS Registered Dietitians at 527-7356 or 652-1633.  Class space is limited. The registration deadline is Monday, January 4th.
