In the Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Walk Set For Oct. 25

Georgetown, SC –The Georgetown Hospital System Women’s Board and Foundation will host its third annual In the Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Walk on Saturday, October 25 at the Imaging Center at Waccamaw Medical Park.

Registration for the two-mile walk begins at 9:00 a.m. with the walk starting at 10:30. At 11:00 a.m., the Duck-A-Palooza duck race will take place near the Marsh Walk in Murrells Inlet. Participants can sponsor pink ducks for $5.00 each. The walk entry fee is $20 before September 26. From September 27 through October 25, a $25 late registration fee will be charged.
