GHS Foundation Hosts George Wilt Golf Tournament

Georgetown, SC – Georgetown Hospital System’s Foundation will host the George Wilt Golf Tournament at Wedgefield Plantation on Saturday, March 3.

The tournament, which benefits Georgetown Hospital System’s Francis B. Ford Cancer Treatment Center, will begin with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The format is Captain’s Choice. The single entry fee for the tournament is $75 and the team entry fee is $290. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast provided for all participants. Additionally, there will be contests for closest to the pin, hole in one and prizes awarded for top teams. An awards ceremony luncheon will follow tournament play.

In case of inclement weather, the Foundation will attempt to reschedule, however, no refunds will be made if the tournament is canceled.
