GHS Employee Wins SC Pharmacy Technician of the Year Award

Georgetown, SC— Georgetown Hospital System Pharmacy Technician Susie Strickland received the South Carolina Pharmacy Technician of the Year award at the SC annual Hospital Pharmacy Convention in March. This award is based on hard work and dedication for promoting quality patient care and safe practices in carrying out work-related duties.

Strickland has worked for Georgetown Hospital System for four years and was nationally certified as a Pharmacy Technician in 1995. She has worked in the pharmacy technician field since 1979.
