Georgetown Hospital System Honors Volunteers at Annual Luncheon

Georgetown, SCGeorgetown Hospital System recently honored its 256 volunteers at its annual awards luncheon held at DeBordieu Country Club. Volunteers served about 44,982 hours in past year. Two volunteers, Gloria Davitt and Barbara Edgar, were honored with the President’s Award. The award is for volunteers that devote over 4,000 hours of volunteer service.

"We are grateful for the outstanding service all of our volunteers provide on a daily basis," said Georgetown Hospital System CEO Bruce Bailey, "We are particularly proud of the volunteers that have achieved President’s Award status."
