Georgetown Hospital System Announces S.T.A.R. Cancer Series

Georgetown, SC—Georgetown Hospital System will host the annual S.T.A.R. (Support Toward A Recovery) Community Cancer Series on April 10, 11 and 12, 2007 from 1-4 p.m. at the Francis B. Ford Cancer Treatment Center in Georgetown.

The series, which features educational presentations by Georgetown Hospital System’s medical and clinical staff, patient testimonials, crafts, snacks, refreshments and door prizes, is a free event for cancer patients, survivors, caregivers and family members.
