Women's Board 1st Annual Bunnies & Baskets Spring Carnival

Georgetown, SC – Celebrate spring and help less fortunate children in Georgetown County. Join other area parents and children for a “Bunnies & Baskets Spring Carnival” fundraiser, which will be held on Saturday, April 8 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at HealthPoint in Pawleys Island.

Parents are invited to bring their children for a professional photo sitting and share in spring carnival events. Children are asked to bring a cellophane wrapped spring basket of goodies to be donated to children in Georgetown County. Event activities will include egg hunts every half hour, games, crafts and special keepsakes. Also, there will be Fluff & Stuff Bunnies, bake sale items and hamburger/hotdog meals available for purchase.

Tickets for the event, which is being sponsored and coordinated by Georgetown Hospital System’s Young Philanthropists of the Women’s Board, are $25 per child which includes sitting fee for professional photograph or a carnival only ticket for $10 to enjoy the day’s fun activities. Proceeds will be used to help purchase equipment for use in Georgetown Memorial Hospital and Waccamaw Community Hospital emergency departments.
