Building Tidelands Health Medical Park at The Market Common
Tidelands Health Medical Park at The Market Common is being built with patients in mind.
Architects and health care providers have worked together to design a facility that will offer patients convenient access to care that is seamless and highly coordinated across medical specialties.
From integrated care areas to state-of-the-art technology, Tidelands Health Medical Park at The Market Common will usher in a new standard for quality care and convenience.
“Every aspect of this cutting-edge medical park was designed with patients in mind,” said Gayle Resetar, executive vice president and chief operating officer for Tidelands Health. “We want our patients to feel at ease and comfortable in a welcoming environment as we help them live better lives through better health.”
Tidelands Health Medical Park at The Market Common will feature a number of health care services, including primary and specialty care physician offices, physical therapy, radiology, pain management, laboratory services and more. All of the care areas will be integrated to foster collaboration, and shared technology means patients will only have to complete one registration even if they visit more than one care area.
Common reception areas will also make it easier for patients. Visitors entering the building will be greeted by staff members who can provide details about all of the services offered at the facility.
“We want to make it as efficient as possible for patients,” Resetar said. “We want patients focused on their care, not finding their way around the medical building.”
The facility has also been designed to support future growth. Flexible space design will allow Tidelands Health to respond to community needs as they arise.
The 65,000-square-foot medical park at The Market Common is on track to open in mid-2019. The medical park is conveniently located just off U.S. 17 Bypass at the corner of Farrow Parkway at Crow Lane.
