Host a health fair table at In the Pink

Tidelands Health is planning the 21st annual In the Pink Walk, scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 10, at Brookgreen Gardens. We expect approximately 2,500 participants and invite departments across our organization to be part of the event health fair.

Health fair tables will be located throughout the event area surrounding the Leonard Pavilion, giving participants more opportunities to engage with departments across Tidelands Health.

What to expect

Departments are encouraged to provide:

• A health screening
• An interactive educational activity
• Health and wellness information for participants

Each department will receive:

• One table with table covering
• Chairs for representatives
• Complimentary admission for up to four team members staffing the table
• Volunteer T-shirts for those four representatives

Event-day details

• Staff assigned to the table must arrive by 6:45 a.m. for setup.
• Brookgreen Gardens opens to participants at 7:15 a.m.
• The walk begins at 8:30 a.m.
• The event is expected to conclude between 11:30 a.m. and noon.

Additional information, including parking and check-in instructions, will be shared with registered participants closer to the event.
