Community Health Needs Assessment
In accordance with the Affordable Care Act, Tidelands Health regularly conducts a community health needs assessment to identify and prioritize community needs. The needs assessment is developed using research, interviews, focus groups and surveys of community members, employers and organizations. The results of the community health needs assessment guide our efforts to help people in our region live better lives through better health.
