The respiratory clinics provide assessment and treatment for patients 12 and older who are experiencing acute respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, shortness of breath) or symptoms associated with COVID-19 (fever, chills, fatigue, muscle/body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea). Patients younger than 12 should see their pediatrician or family physician for care. In an emergency, dial 911.
Please note: Asymptomatic COVID-19 testing is NOT offered at the respiratory clinics. Patients who do not have symptoms but who need a COVID-19 test for work, travel, etc. should visit scdhec.gov for free testing locations.
