You'll personal training relationship will begin with an initial consultation, where you and your trainer will discuss your medical history and personal health and fitness goals. Your trainer will then customize a fitness program to target your needs and develop workouts to help you progress toward your goals.

TPI Golf Conditioning
The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) was created to provide players with the ultimate golf learning experience. Utilizing a physical screening process, your ability to generate and transfer speed is measured to determine the most efficient energy transfer throughout your body. Factors like strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, nutrition, stability, power, vision and posture all influence the body's mechanics.
