Sometimes, a supportive coach can make all the difference in your journey to better health. The personal trainers at Tidelands HealthPoint Center for Health and Fitness provide focused attention to address your individual fitness needs from -- weight loss to sport-specific training. Our trainers and conditioning specialists include former NCAA coaches and athletes.

Your personal training relationship will begin with an initial consultation, where you and your trainer will discuss your medical history and personal health and fitness goals. Your trainer will then customize a fitness program to target your needs and develop workouts to help you progress toward your goals.

TPI Golf Conditioning

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) was created to provide players with the ultimate golf learning experience. Utilizing a physical screening process, your ability to generate and transfer speed is measured to determine the most efficient energy transfer throughout your body. Factors like strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, nutrition, stability, power, vision and posture all influence the body's mechanics.

HealthPoint offers the TPI physical screening process to members and non-members! After the screening process to members an exercise prescription will be designed individually for each golfer. For more information about the TPI golf conditioning program, contact Richard Morris at 843.237.2205
